Hi there,
I got a few settings that I need help:

1) Is it better to use the microsoft launcher or the default launcher? I notice don't have the notification bar to forward the music
2) I notice when I swipe the top row, I will either get the notification or another bar that allow me to toggle bluetooth volume
3) When I used tracetogether, 75% of the time the bluetooth is not working.
4) How do I enable the lock screen notification such as whatsapp, and music notification?
5) How do I put in chinese calendar?
6) Lastly, is there any ROM that doesn't have root enabled? Don't want to install Singpass and end up not allowed.

I also put my credit card on the silicon case that comes along with it.
Appreciate someone can advise.

1. Personal preference
2. Can change control center style in settings
3. Tap at the power button area, success rate higher
4. Default is on
5. Google calender settings, under alternate calender
6. All roms safetynet passes be default. As long as u dont root it, every app will work

1) depend what u need... everybody taste is different.
2) go to setting and search for control center style and adjust what you want.
3) go to setting -> battery &performance ->mange apps battery usage->choose apps-> tracetogether->no restriction.
4) look at the guide here: https://theunpopulartraveller.com/2...-screen-notifications-for-mi-10-ultra-miui12/
5)u look for calendar in the apps store.
6) all the ROM are not root, unless you oweself or get someone to root for you. all phones the root function is locked by default. and all the apps shd be working...

2) Ok resolved.
3) Still cannot work - cannot detect bluetooth even when I put no restriction.
5) Ok resolved, I added alternate calendar in google.
6) Maybe later, unlocking the bootloader voids the warranty.

New question:
a) Why I scroll from bottom panel to locate my apps? Can everything be placed on the home screen?
b) Is there an app search application?
c) can I blocked all the prefix with +65* - in my old huawei phone it is possible, not cannot
d) Can I put SMS keyword filter (financial, loan) to block out all the SMS? - like my huawei mate pro 20.
e) How come I put my credit card behind my silicon case cannot detect when using paywave? my old phone when huawei mate 20 pro don't have this problem.
f) should I use the default charging cable to speed up the charging?

One more q,
Why is it that when I used dual apps.
I got 2 whatsapp installed.

If I click on the first whatsapp. It will still prompt me to choose between the whatsapp?

Got 2 WhatsApp because you can have 2 different phone number on 2 WhatsApp account on the same phone.

I just fixed additional issues:
4a) There is already an option to allow lock screen notification.
4b) No notification on Youtube Vanced. I just set Microsoft Launcher to allow notication access..

a) go into poco launcher settings > home screen > add installed apps to home screen automatically
b) theres literally a search at the bottom of app draw
c) go into security app> top right setting > blocklist > blocked numbers > add > add prefix
e) maybe your NFC is on and interfering with it? turn it off or just remove your credit card and use google pay.
f) xiaomi uses some proprietary charging tech, i think only the default cable works with the stock charger for 33w charging, dont lose it.

b) i see I am using ms launcher, will try later.
c) no, it doesn't work. You cant add a + sign. You can only add something like 65 but not +65. This feature works in huawei, but not here. So we can't block the country code. I also want to add certain keyword to spam sms. Already tried this before.
e) off NFC already, still cannot scan credit card. Maybe silicon case abit thick.
f) OK.

Go somewhere else and type +65 then copy and paste inside
