Surprised.. I use the 3D Mark to test on my F3...
ThIs is what I got.. cannot be that I am the first F3 user to test this...
Probably just different model id, you can search in the device list and see there is a F3 already listed

If you want to run tests, help run pcmark storage test too, the average score listed for the F3 is unusually low, help push it up

there are multiple reports of issues arising from the lack of a real proximity sensor. Is this still an issue with latest MIUI updates?

still pondering whether to keep the phone or return it.

If u make alot of phone calls, screen sometimes will turn on when u are in call causing false touches. To clarify, when u bring the phone close to ear, phone screen will turn off, but it will randomly turn on during a call.

There is a workaround which is to manually lock screen by pressing the power button. This way the phone screen wont wake up at all. But of course when u end a phone call, u have to unlock your phone by scanning your fingerprint

I've tested stock MIUI for about 2 weeks without running into any issues as I have a concern too.

So far I've bought one for my Dad and one for myself.

I know so many people regretting getting the lesser storage for whole bunch of different phones, hope you are aware of the no sd card and usb 2 speed

The best deal is probably the X3 pro which long gotten discontinued, I did consider getting it for $100 less but I figure getting the stronger model is better over regretting cheaping out

if u do wifi direct/hotspot from pc to phone, u can get around 800-900mbps instead of around 450mbps through usb 2.0. provided your com has a good wifi 6 card. (20-30$ off taoba)

depends bah... not many people actually need 256gb. and 6gb ram should be more than enough for normal day usage.

The concern is I can't return the phone once I unbox it. Quite tempted by the F4 GT, but yellow is $999 at the moment.

currently rocking an X3 NFC that's all scratched up at the back, because dust entered between the case and phone. Guys, don't buy a phone with plastic back

Look like Poco managed to clear the Poco F3 8GB/256GB stock at Hong Kong Warehouse.

Only left many Poco F3 6GB/128GB variant.

If someone is buying the F3 over the X3 Pro/GT, I be expecting them to be ether gaming or for videos/movies, F3 is overkill for normal day usage anyway

For both example use cases, it always good to have extra space, if for some reason someone manage to used up way too much space, not only performance takes a big hit, you might be shortening your device lifespan (write amplification) and you might not be able to update ether

Not really, can expect the F3 to last longer since it is more powerful.

Those who buy 128gb knows what they r getting, so very little chance of them maxing out the phone's storage. i can only think why people need lots of storage, either they take a lot of videos or store a lot of videos. even 10 yrs of photos are not enough to take up so much space. with F3's cameras performance, dun think people will utilise fully the video takings.

How much longer are you expecting for 10-20% performance difference? 1 additional phone cycle?

When the battery stop holding charges, you probably want to replace it already, cpu + display power usage and battery tech are expected for great improvements in the coming years, so it wouldn't be surprising if phone lasts twice as long or more

You be surprise how many people who don't actually know how to choose what phone to buy. Although I do expect a bit more from those who found out and chooses POCO themselves

I know too many people who brought specific model base on recommendation but cheaped out on the specs (storage/ram), (eg: received link, open product page, chooses cheapest model)

At least recent mid-high phone give reasonable amount of storage like 128gb and not just 64gb

Some end up with like ideally 34gb usable (out of 64gb, keeping 10gb free), of which 30gb is used by whatsapp, facebook, mewatch, qoo10, lazada, shopee and banking app

Every few months they come to me, I move their old stuff over to the sd card, all because they wanted to save $50

So much space is used by whatsapp for some people, they have it set to download every single dumb video people send them (default)
