haha, u could be right, maybe as part of the launch, poco sent an individual delivery man together with every phone so the delivery man needs to do paperwork and quarantine

Anyways prepare to refund bro. Confirm wont reach today as it is not even if sorting center. Even if is at sorting center today (i dont have any hopes on that), earliest delivery is tomorrow which is after the date set in shopee.

So u going to refund or continue waiting?

same batch but probably different delivery pallet.
i guess the batch that you guys are in could have some "illegal" items found thus the whole pallet is halted.

probably wait. i already bought the accessories and the stupid Mi 11 Ultra local set no sound no pic.

based on logic and common sense, even if they agree to the refund, they will surely make u return the set to them b4 they refund your money.. so that will mean inconvenience either way. if u're lucky they will arrange a courier to pick up the phone from u, then u wait another 2 weeks to 1 month for the set to make it's way back to poco then they refund u.

if they guai lan then they will make u pay for your own shipping back to them

hmm u might be right. i read the shopee guarantee page, not super clear but it does say can click on the refund button by a certain date.. but it doesnt say if u will definitely get your money back and by when..

I also got checked with Shopee leh but not sure if consistent anot their answer. Apparently they will investigate first where the parcel is, then if found, will proceed to send. Otherwise then refund.
