Sometimes it is because not enough ram thus it kills the background apps.

there is no such thing as honour the pricing.

By honouring this pricing, someone need pay for this losses. They would rather cancelled the order and get penalty from lazada. However, buyer can "try" to seek lazada for apologetic voucher.
