My F3 now on charger play game the battery go down one, reverse charging
run on lower screen brightness when doing heavy task

can try using original or shorter thick cables .......... longer 1.5m and 2m cables can cause voltage drop which may be unable to push into battery

or the current cable undisturbed too long get oxidation , try unplug and plug the cable to charger port a few times to clean it

Nvm it's ok just need to let it charge when not gaming and game when not charging. I think the game is pulling a bit more juice than last time also. Once stop the game it started charging can see the wattage increase.

128 is ridiculous, u got see wrong?

i diy replaced batteries for several old xiaomi models before, pretty simple doesnt requires soldering just plug n play.
however for F3 the back case is glued instead of just clipon.
i believe qc/turbo charge feature is on the charging port instead

I watched a youtube video, for the 5000mah or something, they had to canibalise the controller board from the old original battery to the new battery, else it will only charge at 10w instead of 33w.

Just not sure if the cover can really shut because i think i read somewhere that it's a bit too thick.

Also need to buy a T7000 glue to glue back the case.

i see, i assumed u are talking abt modding other battery model probably with different flex cable port pins etc.

for me, i'll probably stick to BM4Y if i decide to swap out my bloated bty unless there's any known bty models have exact fitable dimension & same flex cable port (i.e plug n play), not worthed the trouble for that <10% x 60% = ~6% extra bty life

https://s.shopee.sg/9zfamNWZ2R
just $9 only before using coins/voucher etc

but bm4Y can 33w or not.

sure why not, as mentioned its the charging port / mainboard that controls the power distribution, not the battery.
but take note 33w is xiaomi proprietary charging @ 11v3A i.e must meet the requirements like charger / 5pin orange port cable & several requirements eg. temp, display off, between certain % etc
most of the times it'll be just 15-25w instead

hahahaha just place order

I was looking at aliexpress - OEM BM53 + glue or the back cover adhesive for F3 I think all in less than $30.

I read online BM53 can directly install it fits F3 almost nicely but no guarantee whether can 33W. I saw some comment on reddit if buy "OEM" Xiaomi BM53 can 33W but if buy Nohon or others need solder the daughterboard no guarantee haha. If want to be adventurous a bit can try worst case stick to 10W/18W charging, if 18W charging still works haha

If that's the case, i thinik buy the original capacity.

I also read somewhere that the person charge till 4500mah only. So much mixed information on the 5000mah, i think no point.

If can buy another 1 to 2 years to make my F3 last a bit longer, i think totally worth it already. :o

The 5000mah battery, read need to cannibalise the old controller from the original battery. Else cannot get 33w charge.

Also read that the charge only go till 4500mah instead of full charge.

You encountered any of the problem and changed the controller?

nope no problem er I never actually measured the speed of the charger la.

in terms of leaving it on the charger I find it takes like 20 mins to go from 99 to 100 percent on the mi10t battery.

good for night time la cause I tend to leave it charging when I sleep so also good not to have too fast a charge. the slower the better lol.

When you plug in the charger it should say quick charging. I'm from 60 pct games takes about 48 mins to fully charge. That's with some background activities

but the 99 to 100 is still 20 mins no matter what charger I use
