Hi does any one know where I can enable the setting to wake the screen when I have notifications? Also how to set the led light to stay on until I read the notifications? Now It only flashes for like one second. Thanks in advance!

Tried Gpay at MRT, phone off/lock/unlock all didn't work. Then realize I'm using TPG SIM, no network at MRT ��

by the way, did it ever work with screen off?

After disable face unlock apparently it has some issues that cannot activate face Id. Seems like miui 12 issue

ok these 2 works on my side. try the settings inside menu “always on display”, “when notification comes and screen...”
select “light up screen”

me too, also forgot to test last week when i’m out. this week not going out so cant test...

Transport a bit hard for me to test since my SIM on this phone is TPG and i lazy to swap it out and i seldom take bus but also bus a bit hard to test cos always seems very rush unlike MRT during off peak.

One thing i find very good is they put the NFC at the top or at least when i tap it's at the top. My Galaxy Note 5 and S7 Edge all in middle of phone, need to put it flat then can work, chance of phone sliding off my hand is quite high lol. It's the little little details like this that makes using a phone very enjoyable.

Was able to add it in GPay, but was prompted it cannot be used for digital purchases... god knows what it mean...

Anyway, all the local banks issued credit cards (Visa and MC) mostly, if not all, can be added and use.
Even Stanchart also no problem.
Also added Plus card for points collection and redemption.

Ignoring camera quality (not that it's not important, can take decent pics can liao), at it's price currently ($699 in shopee official warranty set), is this the best spec phone? Going to use it for my work, replacing my Huawei Mate 20X.

I'll still advice you to wait for sale. Knowing how low the price can get during sale makes it hard to want to purchase it at it's non-sale price.

The problem is that I'm using Google Nest WiFi and there is no separate channel for 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz. So how to force 5 GHz?

Connect to the 5ghz only and dun connect to 2.4ghz.
