I just realize the Instagram hair lens thing doesn't work on all my Xiaomi phones, not even the Poco F2 Pro but it works on my 4-5 years old Galaxy S7 Edge wtf lol.

May I ask if poco F2 pro is better then Mi 10T Pro?
Depends on what you are looking for. AMOLED display with no punch hole or notch, then F2 Pro. High refresh rate, better battery life and slightly better cameras (I feel), then Mi 10T Pro.

I played around with a Mi 10T Pro earlier today comparing it with my F2 Pro, the high refresh rate is very nice, I don't feel the IPS display is any worse than the AMOLED display. Personally I felt I should have waited before getting my F2 Pro. :s22:

Anybody else tried using Google photos on F2?
I tried with 1000 photos and if fast scroll, the photos take long time to load. (Files on phone)
If use the phone's default xiaomi gallery, the photos load almost instantaneous

Mine will load as I scroll, not very slow loading though not as fast as Xiaomi's own gallery app.

F2 pro and 30 zoom what is the difference
F2 pro is k30 pro.. K30pro zoom is the one with 3 x optical zoom lenses and ois. K30pro or f2 pro lowest version using ddr4 and UFS3.0 only. While higher size version and k30 pro zoom all use ddr 5 and ufs3. 1

(repeat posting from the Mi10t pro thread)

Hi, would like to get some opinion from the owners here.

I've been using a Poco F1 for I believe 2 years now.

And while it has generally served me well, I've always lamented the lack of a bigger screen (or at least more bezel-less).

I don't game very much on my phone, except the occasional ones running emulators and maybe Genshin Impact (just to play around only).

I've been pretty happy with the camera, especially with Gcam, so I'm thinking of upgrading to either the Poco F2 Pro or Mi10T Pro.

Since there's no memory card slots on either, having bigger capcity is important, though I think end of the day I'm really narrowing it down to these 2 for their camera (Poco F2 Pro has a telephoto macro, while Mi10T Pro has higher MP and OIS), as I will likely be using GCam again.

I'm rather indifferent about OLED at 60refresh vs IPS at 144 refresh, since the Poco F1 is using IPS as well. I can probably live without the headphone jack, since I use BT earpiece more these days, or at least use an adapter when I need to use the headphone jack. Plus I don't really need NFC.

As it stands, it seems there isn't much offer for these 2 phones though.

tl;dr, I'm looking to upgrade from the Poco F1 to either the Poco F2 Pro or Mi10T Pro, to use as my daily phone and for photo taking, and would like to get some opinion from owners here (been watching tons of reviews and both have generally been very well received).

Thanks in advance for any help!

hmm dollar for dollar mi10t pro is a better but due to OIS... if f2 is cheaper get f2. But if you ultimately dun want punch hole and want a clean nice display get f2.

Thanks, though I think I can live with the punch hole camera. Looking more for one that is bang for buck, and can be my day to day use with good camera. Gotta admit the telephoto macro really appeals to me.

F2 base model can ever get at below 500 which is super good deal..

below 500 would be export set 128gb i pressume. I'm hoping to get 256gb because of the lack of sd card slot

Mind sharing where to find pocophone F2 pro for less than $500..
I am seriously looking to buy local set if within this budget.

PS - checked Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada .... local sellers’ range around $699 before voucher discount and this price is for lower 6/128gb.
for 8/256gb roughly add another $100/-
The price is like same as 3 months ago.

At shopee Xiaomi official store global. During Oct/Nov period, frequently selling at 500+ which you can bring down the price to below 500 with coupons. Currently sold out and now no sales.
