I applied for Direct Sergeant Entry.

Today they called me to go down for an Dialogue Session.

Does anyone know what is the dialogue session about?

Yes. My dialogue session is supposed to be on 18th, but i am in overseas so she told me it would take awhile since theres no one there.

I think its like a 2nd interview kind of thing. Don't worry about if its a good or bad sign. Just have an open mind and show truly that you're really interested in the job.

Hi. I got rejected on September after medical. I was wondering if anyone here got accepted, after the first attempt going through till medical is being rejected. Also, anyone have any idea after the interview do they do background check first then send us for medical or medical first then background check.

Anyone know what tests they do for the medical screening? And about how long it will take ?

They will take some blood and urine samples, conduct a hearing test, vision test, colourblindness test, chest x-ray scan, height and weight and consultation with doctor. pretty much the same as CMPB.
