4 months of wait cus covid so I doubt recruitment is their priority

Just checking were you from VSC or NPCC?
For the panel interview it should be around 30-45 minutes from what I hear? I only know the psych int was very draining hahaha

Were the qns similar to your tea session stage?

From the way he answered it is somewhat similar in terms of why wanna join spf and leadership stuff but tea session was more touch and go I'm guessing panel will be more indepth especially after they read your psychological report

I just went for the tea session for DEI for SPF, and for SCDF im awaiting for the panel interview. Do you guys think they will ask similar questions for SCDF?

Were the qns similar to your tea session stage?

Yes and no. Some like what drives you and why you want to join spf, same. But the unit one and the improving spf as an organisation wasn't. They probably switch it around for people. I'm sure it's the same few questions.

Hello all, I received letter for direct enlisting to HTA (SPF) but I have not received any emails about signing bond. I’m a pre-enlistee, but my application for DES is still in progress. I don’t know if my application is successful or I am lucky to join SPF for my NS. Has this happened to y’all before?

They say it'll take about 15-20 mins on average. Mine took about 12-15mins. Some people can take longer. The length of the interview shouldn't be too indicative either (unless 5mins up or something hahah).

I'm also a pre-enlistee. Received my NS letter on 5 June, reporting to HTA on 8 July. Afterwards received the email offer from SPF 4 days later.

Here's my timeline for DES:
Applied online: 31 Jan
1st interview: 6 Feb
Notice for 2nd interview: 18 Feb
2nd interview: 26 Feb
Notice for Medical: 18 Mar
Medical: 9 Apr
Submit documents: 29 May
Notice of offer: 9 Jun
Bond-signing: 22 Jun
Intake: 1 Jul
Reporting day: 8 Jul

Anything and everything. They just want to know about you. They'll ask about your background and just get you to talk about everything
