Ok, at least can ask you about the surety. Otherwise no one to ask hahahah. Definitely! 9 months is not a short time hahaha. PM each other man, let's keep in touch, even when inside! :)

ohh ic! so they never ask anything related to spf/why I wanna join? my psych int is this fri.. scared I'm not prepared enough haha

Psych interview is really chill. Don't worry so much! They just want to know you better and to record info so that the panel can see it

Oh you're a man too! Did they ask you why you were not in command school or anything related to NS? Heard they don't really favour the idea of picking non-commanders for such roles so it is heartening to hear that you have made it!

Yeah no need to prepare one
at the very most if you want to prepare it is mostly for questions that ask you to talk about your past leadership roles/work exp and their takeaways :)
Most importantly my advice is to focus on the lessons learnt and be introspective (this was the advice given to me by a senior who is a DEI)

They didn't. They did look at my University CCA roles. So that played a part. I think they asked more leadership related stuff in tea session. So if you're past that, there shouldn't be a worry. Based on my experience 😂
