Anyone DES interview tomorrow? I just received email 2hrs ago that my interview will be tomorrow morning. No early notice omg...

You can always reject and tell them you can’t do it tomorrow.

I only checked my email after 5pm and I only replied it after office hour.
It stated to acknowledge the email otherwise, they will proceed to cease my application. :/

Hi, does anyone know if they will reject you if you have a tattoo on the inner side of your upper arm?
Also, i understand that for DEI the process is
1. Tea session
2. Psychometric
3. Clinical int
4. Panel int
5. Medical
May I know when do you do the IPPT, is it during the medical stage?

You don't have to do ippt for medical
Tattoo it depends whether visible and whether got gang affliation

During training can u cover your tattoos up? Swimming as well and also they will send the tats to ssb for screening.

Btw at which section do they ask if you have a referral from SPF? Not that it matters but heard got cash bonus for regulars if they refer haha

At the start which is the selection assessment, if im not wrong it should be on the papers when u filling in your particulars.

+ lots of documents to submit in the middle.

Those who went for DES seem to have their interview before psychometric tho. You should prob wait for them to cfm the order, but in general, that's about it.

From what I have read, I only know the process is psychometric,medical,interview and quite an amount of documents to sign and submit. Im enquiring to see if DES and SS is of any similarity regarding the process.

Yes so why don’t you state that first?

Without stating that, people wouldn’t know what you don’t know and fill in the gap.

I’m pretty sure the SPF likes people who takes the initiative and not be spoon fed.

Psychometric test
Lunch
Interview
And so on as normal..
