Not sure how 2020 gonna be as I went for the interview on 2014. Surprisingly only 1 interview for me and off to medical check up and offer. It was a junior officer position though. For the panel interview, just be yourself and be logical. If they ask you a question, don’t just reply with a 1 word answer (depends on the question as well actually lol). It will be good if you could explain further and provide examples. The questions that were posted to me back then were,

1) Why are you keen in joining the SPF?
2) What are your strengths and weaknesses?
3) What could you contribute to the force?
4) Do you know how are the shift patterns like for NPC
And more.

Usually because something was wrong in your prev check up like ECG needs to retake or etcetc

Would have Guess, as I got past injury on my shoulder been dislocated and gotten a surgery + my audiometry for my right ear does have some hearing loss.
