Put it another way to think. If ur issues are so severe and unacceptable. Why would they bother to send u to another checkup? They would just reject you.

Yes they notice u got issues but probably just checking if it will affect u in the job. Otherwise checkup also cost money. Spf won't anyhow spend money 🤑😂

So yes. It should be a good news and u shouldn't have anything to worry about.

actually why is it necessary to send a chaser every 2 weeks? sounds like a bit much.

if it has been radio silence for a long time, sending a chaser to nudge them to remind them might make sense. but every 2 weeks??

I don't know if it's necessary. But for me I do ask or drop a text to check. Maybe others can just wait. But it's my style. I don't like to be a waiting duck. Up to follow or not 😊

If you're fine waiting then all the well good uh! No need to send if u dw isn't it haha

This is my experience. Served me well. I guess it's a job habit too? I don't think 2 weeks is much of a hassle anyways. It's just a checkup

As much as it is your style and you don't like to wait, think about it in the the shoes of the people having to reply you. Can you imagine how irritating it is having to entertain your message every 2 weeks?

I think they are the people you don’t wish to piss off

Anyone applied back in July for DEI position? Been waiting for the tea session since the email came in august. Hoping to see if anyone's in the same boat.

I never say you die die must do it the way I do right? Not everyone waits silently.

It's done and dusted. So yup. Too late to think back on it right.

Your msg can be psa to the rest instead. Let them think if they wanna do it lor

Yes indeed it does make a lot of sense! Well I am looking forward to the 2nd medical screening too in fact!

Yup yup hopefully! Haha nope not so easily falter to those negativity 🙂 anyway thank you once again!

Yes. Me. Similar circumstances. Been waiting for a followup since 4th August for Tea Session.

When did you apply and when were you informed that you would be going for a tea session before the actual date was sent to you?

hey there thank u for the feedback and yup I was planning to give them a call by end of this month since it be 1 month of waiting haha

Oh. Invited! I thought you already got a confirmed tea session already.

I applied in July, received notification on 4th August saying I will be invited in the coming weeks.

Till now, no response. So its been quite an uncomfortable wait.
