Hmmm, I mentioned not being able to get the same level of satisfaction at my current job so he did ask me for examples how I think joining SPF will fulfil this. And whether I think I’m ready at this point right now to be a TL.
Other than that not really just some personal questions.
Don’t think the tea session is an assessment per se just make sure to keep your composure.
