Physical fitness can be trained.

weight can be lost.

but some health conditions might be permanent.

If your ippt is gold .. the more they want you, but medical test is subjective ... some wait 1 month others quite fast

What’s the pay for Inspector like? Got a colleague who resigned as a SAF MWO to sign on as INSP with C company. I’m sure got pay cut for him sia.

Pay-cut yes, but rank progression is indeed good if he enters as a inspector
