I applied on the 21st May 2021 for DES.

Got an email in regards to documents submission on 9th June and deadline is 14 June 2021. They mentioned will revert in 3 weeks if selected for aptitude test but no response and status in careers@gov states as "Shortlisted" still any idea on what step i should take or just continue waiting for an email?

25 December 2020 - Applied on Career.Gov
21 January 2021 - Invitation for Selection Assessment (Shortlisted)
20 February 2021 - 1st Zoom Interview
22 February 2021 - Document Submission
4 March 2021 - Psychometric test & Document Submissions
22 April 2021 - 2nd Zoom Interview
22 May 2021 - Medical Screening
14 June 2021 - Official Email Appointment

April 20 2021 - Was asked to submit documents (Annex A)
May 5th 2021 - Got an Email for medical screening and a call 2 days later to book appointment
May 18th 2021 - Medical screening completed
June 28th 2021 - Official Appointment sent via email.

As for my training date I am not too sure when. Because i served my NS with SPF. I need to report to my designated division on 30th July and thereafter I will know my training date which will be the 3 months NPCO course @ HTA.

The. questions that they asked me was

- What do I know about the police force and the organisation that I am applying for
- Conflict related questions

It was roughly a 10-15 mins interview

19/2/2021-Selection Assessment email notification
23/2/2021- Selection Assessment
7/4/2021- Notification for medical screening
28/4/2021-Medical screening
15/6/2021- Acceptance Email
30/6/2021- Received email for Appointment Formalities (SPF)
7/7/2021- Sign for formalities (VITAL)

So those waiting months after medical dont be too stressed! It is like that🤣 all the best to all! 👍🏻☺️
