1. Be punctual, dress well, carry yourself well.
2. Answer confidently, be sure of yourself. But don't try to smoke the interviewer about SPF related stuff. (trust me, they know when you are bluffing)
3. Be honest. If you don't know the answer to technical questions they might ask about SPF (what is GRF like) say the truth. But dont stop there, give your opinion, or what you think.
4. Please do research on SPF, it's core values/mission/vision (it is like any other job interview)
5. Ask questions! This shows some form of eagerness, and also if you didn't know the answer to some questions, show that you are willing to know more?
6. Why you want to join --> this is important. If its because it provides a solid rice bowl, thats a fair point. If its because its your childhood dream. Thats fine too (That was my reason haha)

That one is background check so before they do the checks during the Selection Assessment and they will ask u to sign a form to allow them to do a background check etc throughout this whole application process.Hope it clarifies:)

NS letter to SAF already come. Enlisting in May. Some classmates in my class got second interview already but i still playing the waiting game for 1 month liao. Lol , got a feeling its mostly rejected.

No hope alrdy bro, u need to apply 6 months before your enlistment or u try apply before pop I have heard some switch over to spf midway in saf. Good Luck Bro😇
