I would advise against it unless OP doesnt mind staying as apo or at least have an exit plan in the worst case he doesnt get spf

Esp for fresh grads once you are long out of your industry, very hard to go back in

Think the new system promotes everyone to SGT eventually... unless TL says otherwise or PES C / SAetc.

I remember the old system not everyone can get promoted SGT

And SGTs will get testimonies etc

Yea some of us did, me and nickyboy. We did the tea session this month, last week. Now we're on the 2nd stage

There's no fitness test afaik
If you mean the physical examination it has more to do with checking of tattoos and physical deformities e.g. fingers cannot clench properly or limited range of motion for limbs

For males and females i assume the basic requirements are somewhat similar but only an assumption lah for guys is rlly just make sure u no problem physically and your tattoos are declared if you have

Thanks for your info. Plan to apply after i complete my degree this year end. Due to my body size is big, so thinking am i possible to pass if there is any fitness test.

There were people on the very skinny end and some guys on the bigger end (fat kind not muscular) but I'm guessing BMI is not really an issue from the people I know who passed SA (got both small and dua liap people)
