I don't understand why degree holder want to apply DES instead DEI. In aetos there is degree holder holding sgt rank and the basic pay is 3.1k .

If you really want become Des just declare you diploma certificate will do because SPF won't accept degree holder as des

Aetos is see your NS rank. Diploma can be insp if you were an officer.

Because the criteria for DEI may be too stringent especially for those who weren't commanders in NS and/or find themselves lacking in terms of leadership experience

Hi, need some information here.
Anyone who recently signed on, is the sign on bonuses still 30k (DES)? And, once enlisted, the first month will be drawing full pay right? Not trainees pay right?

So far anyone got accepted after medical? Or waiting medical email for DES
Me, I had to delay enlistment because current employer need 8 weeks notice. The recruitment officer told me he will get back to me with regards to bond signing for next intake, which is probably in October
