Seriously tho if I know its gonna be a lot of waiting I would have applied way way earlier. Like its gonna be 5 months since I applied tho this is the longest wait for a job I’ve had which I want lmao. I understand its Covid but still . The fact that SPF is lacking manpower and has been trying to get more people to join maybe this year its their year lol

They lack people. But they don't take all cat and dogs just cause they lack

Technically is because of covid they got way more applicants. Which make picking cream of the crop easier. Its a good year for them to be super picky.

For me wise, 1 month pass interview still processing. I just give up they hiring me but still have hope one day I get a offer for now jus properly work my current job.

Though if they want you they are fast about it. Not long wait = good at times also

How long did you wait for the result. My friend told me since its this long high chance I might get it but I think its dumb to assume so

My medical was 20 Aug, they process mine fastee but unfortunately theres smtg abt my medical that they decided to not offer me. They wont state their reasons

I think its best not to quit at your current job first, in case of anything. I'm quite thankful they kind of get to me faster eventhough I really wanted to get the offer. However, I decided to go for the civilian position in the spf. Goodluckk to everyone whos waiting!

After I update them on my pay revision.
They rejected me the next day (today)

So much for telling me I'm a prospective applicant the day they ask me to send in my revised pay slip.
