If Im not wrong the training that we go thru have an expiry so like if it expires then must redo UNLESS you were from SPF but was never an NPCO like other vocations then youre not NPCO train you must only go for 3 months cos its compulsory for all regular to go thru the 3 months of NPCO training

Maybe you can drop email to hr to confirm. Else if u need serve 6 months, nothing u can do but serve

Or u ask ur regular friends to ask ba.
I asked and they all say need serve even though is psnf. Not sure why ur friend don't need haha

But ya all boils to whether spf accepts you. Else we just speculating and guessing

6 months of paid salary, food & lodging provided, with free physical training. The only cost is your hair and weekdays spent in Aloha Choa Chu Kang :s13:

DEI first posting is to NPC 6 months now, not straight away to Investigation Branch

1. If you were a ex PNSF from NPCO vocation and want to sign on DES, you don't need to go through 6 months training (you done it already during NS)

2. If you weren't from NPCO vocation, but you did basic already, you probably just need to do the NPCO training only.

3. But it depends on how long ago you ORD-ed as well. I think within 2 / 3 years still okay

Got ask to do assessment at *** after 1st interview. What can I expect? Didn’t say bring anything, just be in formal wear.

Probably will have the email to state what to bring. But wa. Back to live interviews no more zoom?

Document vetting ba. This thread can read. Got alot of timeline

Shd be just psychometric test, after my zoom interview, I received an email, ask me to wear formal, in the end, is just the PC test, I thought was panel interview, e others along with me that day, some that I talk to, also assumed it was panel interview.

Is it a deal breaker if u didnt complete the first part of the psychometric test (pattern ones)? Felt like I screwed up my SA already... T.T
