Haha hopefully I didn't screw up. But in gist, they're trying to assess if you're serious abt it and know what you're getting yourself into. Apart from the questions in the email, I was asked a couple of current affair qns

Only been 2 weeks. I think you gotta wait longer.

Yup I think I will still accept spf's offer despite the ouchy pay cut.

Because I don't think I can have another opportunity for such exposure role anymore. I don't want to regret.

But atleast can say I tried my best to negotiate le. I think once they offer is fixed once.

Will revert to them my acceptance then see how the appointment etc goes.

Around 20% including allowance and etc.
Not including the bonuses I going to get this year

I also initially wanted money.
I was soooo close to rejecting.

But I guess I just couldn't resist. I don't want to regret after trying so hard haha. I not so noble to say It Is passion haha.

In the end. I also contract. Just semo contract and what remuneration only. I don't think spf will perm me or extend these kind of post also

So it's for the resume while I still young.cause after all. Spf still a big fk name haha

Yup. I'm guessing also cause I no NS and not FCH. Which I think factor into the job when calculated for pay too.

Technically, is MHA or her SBs considered an okay ministry to work for? I know many people say different ministries/SBs different tiers. Since this is defence, I will think it's fine? What sways me to this is also passion, like a bit frontline kind.

You cannot compare apple and orange. And yes diff ministry / sb got tiers. T1 etc is mean u direct under pmo. T2 means ministry. T3 means subs under ministry (under one industry)

But you also got other sb who pay better than ministry cause of their industry.

If you want defence. Then u only got mha or army. But also depend whether u sign direct or not direct. Also not discounting astar dsta these kind which deal with defence. Gt for cyber defence

I think maybe others can advise better.
I can only say it from a pov of a person from other sb that. Ya mha pay unless u scholar really lesser than others

Previously I did mention about further medical checkup, I Guess I got it wrong.. as I received a email mentioning pre-HTMB Medical review. Anyone got this and know what exactly is this about? Also it’s a tele consult so they would contact me through phone to go through the medical review.

But you also got other sb who pay better than ministry cause of their industry.
