Hi can you share your char siew air fryer recipe? Thanks in advance!

I dun have the exact measurements for the marinade. I use the following:

- Salt
- Sesame oil
- Dark soy sauce
- White pepper
- Honey or Mai Ya Tang
- Sugar
- Hoisin sauce
- Chinese rose wine
- 5-spice powder

I preheat AF at 200 deg for 5-8mins. Put in the marinated meat and airfry for 10min. After tat, reduce temp to 160 degree and airfry for another 15-20mins until charred at some areas. Every 5mins, i will baste with sauce and flip the meat over.

Quite surprise to find some mid-size & large cockles, faster hoot some ! Flower clam very fresh and fat !

Found some medium size cockles....



My fav lard....I used thin kuey tiao prefer this texture.

I prefer my egg to be puffy & golden brown.

it's not easy to cook. is it minke? did you soak in milk to get rid of the fishiness or just the garlic and onion was enough?

never soak in milk, just marinate with Worcestershire sauce with lotsa black pepper. it tasted like beef :s22:

our Norwegian fren came last week & brought 3 big slices for us. still have 1 pc in the freezer. will use it for bbq next time
