Yeah never overuse the items. must rotate. bags wallet shoes.

i got few wallets and money clips and i rotate using them
anyway when i use, i try not to put too much notes inside.
till now.... my money clip wallet still look as if its new

HI, I jus bought a va0251 messenger bag, but after less than a mth of usage the side of the bag like torn.

I cant go for 1 for 1 exchange as this bag was bought from overseas and did an final exchange at sg. so my onli choice is to repair.

although it's like small torn, but i scare it will become bigger as time went by.

shld i bring to repair ?

i normally put ipad, wallet, keys, earpiece into my bag, so i dun think my bag is so heavy that it made it torn.

quite upset abt prada quality.

I think you just bring it in to the local store to see if they can send in for repair for you? Remb bring original exchange invoice as well as proof of purchase.

went down to ask ytd. The stuff told me that it can be repair but will take 4 - 6wks.

New bag sia, if i hav to repair it, i goin to bid gdbye wid it for at least a mth. LOL.

So i think wait until the bag chui chui n send it to repair b4 warranty ends.

Now i hav to bear wid it n hope the torn wont enlarge.

but prada repair service gd anot?
those who sent their prada to repair any comments?

Better send in now. If you wait until your bag becomes 'chui chui', it may be beyond repair. Consider carefully.
