Hi Guys! I'm looking for an all-in-one (print, copy, fax, scan) for home use. We're a family of self employed (insurance advisers etc.) so we'd require:

1. Something that can print relatively fast;
2. Decent print quality;
3. Wireless Connectivity (especially for scanning) is a must;
4. B/W & Color;

Any recommendation? Looking at the price range of $400-$600~

Help with duplex printing

HELP with laser printer Fuji Xerox m255z!
I have trouble printing double-sided even though the printer comes with duplex printing function. The option is either absent or invalid (grayed out). Tried to print duplex from various softwares (pdf, MS word, Adobe Illustrator etc) but in vain.


Anybody using the same printer or know whats causing the problem? Hoping for some solution to correct the issue.

Thanks for the response. I un-installed and re-installed before but still having the same prob. No difference - everything works except double-sided printing. Yup, using a macbook. How to rectify if thats the issue? Thanks..

Mac double side printing option is dunno hidden where one. You have to call hotline and check how to access it.

Hi, I'm looking for an AIO that can duplex scan via ADF, with ability to scan direct to USB flash drive from the console itself (i.e. no need to go through PC). Main use case is to digitise a whole bunch of legacy double sided documents to reduce filing space. Of course, duplex printing is a must as well. Colour printing not required.

Most AIOs I see can do duplex print but not scan, and the only option I found so far is the Fuji Xerox M355df but it's really bulky. Any idea whether there are more compact options available?

It boils down to technology. Laser printer use heating mechanism which will be as high as 160-300 degree Celsius and with your inkjet casing and built.. It will be chao tah and melt very fast kekeke

Dont buy CM215b. You will be able to do network print only. Not network scan. Just spend more and buy CM215fw to do both network print and scan

Hi there, Im looking for cheap & cost effective monochrome laser printer mainly for printing uni notes. Don't need any scanner/photocopying functions, pure printing only.

Will need to be:
- Auto Duplex (2-sided printing that doesn't jam much)
- Cheap Toner
- Good Durability that can last for 2-3years at least.
- Budget $100-140.
- Wireless feature would be nice, but nt really needed i guess.
- Energy saving if possible.
