Find it pointless? Top dun heat up as much as bottom... If i can cool the bottom VRM, then top dun really matter.

Besides, there is no water entering that portion... Works the same as a heatsink, based on pics.

Have passive and active. For active, it will come with connector. So replace the active backplate with the default connector on the gpu bloock and you r good to go.

The active backplate do have a small heatsink connected to the VRMs at the top.

That is hard to calculate since i overhauled once... but my WC costs $1500 +/-.. Exact figure unknown yet.

If you are talking abt PC parts, you can just download a pricelist and compare my parts to it.

Once you go WC you'll never go back to air unless die die cannot.

The best way to increase WC cost exponentially are the fittings. Branded ones can easily cost USD10 per pc depending on the type.

My fittings shared with Roy around US$220 excluding shipping. And mine was more ex than his since his rig mainly compromise of compression fittings nia.
