Just seen the launch of Soo Kee Allove diamond., with 10 hearts and arrows which is similar to JP's Solesfera.

I paid 3.8k including 4 claws setting. The 0.47 is not in the show room yet and it will only come few weeks later. And yes you're right. They don't have much 0.41 and above left over in the showroom. That's what I was told. I was served by Samuel, very profession service rendered.

I wanted to take the 0.41 but the price difference between the 0.47 is not too huge. So I went for the 0.47 with F color and better HCA score of 0.8 although I never see the stone itself.

I'm very very happy with the GIA and HCA scores. Can't wait to see the actual stone when it arrives in the showroom.

Very professional service by JP as well. The salesman attended to me is Samuel

Did they tell you when the new shipment will come in? We went down on Sunday and they only had 0.41c SI left. I'm looking at a 0.47-0.49 though.

Btw, your 3.8k, is it plain setting or side diamonds?

Congrats on scoring a 0.47! These carat sizes are hard to get.

Mine was also the same case.. the boss showed me a diamond that was not inventoried yet.

Not sure about the new shipment but I believed that the new stones will be available soon. Perhaps, you might want to call them again on this.

Just enjoy it since you have already bought it.

Best colour with very decent clarity. B rose should have some qc over their cut.

Just treat it as you paid a little more for the brand and special cut.

Yes, these big retails brands do makeup alot. But since you have already bought it, then enjoy it =) Brilliant rose is another type of cut and it blings as well.

I think it is normal to fret, even after all my research and having paid a deposit to JP, I still worried about my choice.

I was quoted
Super ideal 0.54 F VS2 - $4,300

so if match your specs to go up to VS1 and D color, also should be less than 6K i guess? (not including settings charge for which should be about $500)

Dont worry too much about it la. just take it that you pay for branding and premium cut from retail stores. As long wife happy can liao.
