any comment on this wedding band?
do you all think matte surface is nice or glossy surface?

Nice!! Where is that from? Looks classy and simple...
I'd prefer the glossy one.. like things shiny :D

Btw, is that rose gold at the upper side?

WTS – 0.86 carat cushion cut AGS 0,0,0 Ideal Brellia Hearts & Arrow Diamond.

I have a 0.86 cushion Hearts & Arrow diamond that I am looking for a buyer. Rated by AGS “0,0,0” as an ideal Brellia cut; F color, VS1 clarity. Purchased form JannPaul (do your own research on them, they sell quality diamonds) about a year ago when diamond prices was about 20-25% less than current price. I have original deposit and purchase receipts, AGS cert and diamond for inspection by anyone who is keen. I can also bring the stone to any reputable diamond appraisal of your choice for verification.

As I am trading up for a bigger rock, I am looking for a offer that is better than what the dealer is willing to offer me (the original price that I paid for the rock which is 25% less than current market price). So if you are looking for a rock of this quality and size, you can make me an offer above $8K.

PM me if you are keen, I can email you the documents and images. I am not a diamond trader this is the only diamond I have, please do not PM me for any other diamonds. Thanks

Yea... i saw the similar design from other store and ask JP to do the similar for me.

It is a rose gold, i wanted a bit of rose gold so that the white gold won't be so plain.

By the way... do you think that the gap in between is too big? any idea how can make it look nicer?

Did you make an appointment with Jann Paul? Although they are located in HOH, they are different. HOH sells those ready set rings like those typical retail stores. Jann Paul sells super ideal diamonds.. so they wouldn't sell a cut which is only very good..

i had email them but yet to fix an appt.. looking at 3 march cos both of us are working on weekday..

i understand from the lady who serve me yday is HOH is father & son biz.. now JP is operate by the son..

i understand but our budget of 5K+ may not be able to get the size of 0.73 at JP..

But if Color I / vs2 with Cut: Very Good and Polish & symmetry: Excellent selling at $4.7K, will that be a good buy??? i saw the arrow thru the scope but not sure how good is that diamond..

Hi guys! Went for my appointment with Jann Paul, impressive service i must say!
Was interested in a trilogy in the 1st place, but decided for a solitaire in the end hahah as it looks more appealing for me in actual.. Brings out the diamond more...

I was served by David... Very nice guy and looks quite young. Besides the intensive diamond education (spent 3 hrs!!), he also took the trouble to explain designs as well! He was very patient with my many questions.. At first i was at a lost when it comes to choosing of design :s11: and he helped alot by evaluating what looks good and whats not.
Well, i must say their designs look fantastic anyway, hmm... so from their design i picked out a unique one for my partner and tweak it alil and this is what ive sketched out

Shortly after, they sent me an realistic image of the design that ive sketched out :s12:

Thanks for the thread bros, been a great help for my search in engagement ring!
If not I wouldnt have found such jeweler for my demanding request hahahah
(I was being alil hard, hope they didnt mind) :D

Bro.. Can't see clearly.. they are all thumbnail size.. and post larger pic??

I think it is better to make an appointment with the guys at JP first before considering... at least you know more..

I can see the difference between G & D. It's really quite obvious, the schintillations have a yellow tinge. It gets even more obvious at H.

For I, basically buying yellow stone.

JP just uploaded a video to explain more about Cut, which I think is the least straight forward to judge based on cert.
