Did anyone here customize this setting from them?? Looks pretty good with their rose gold.. Never really thought of only doing parts in rose gold.. heh.. very swee..

this is the proposal ring I customized for my girlfriend she wanted rose gold but not all rose gold, didn't want solitarie setting, wants side diamonds, etc, etc, thus I came up with this design.

well, it doesn't look too techy like what some of the guys are saying. the actual ring look a tad different.

i try to post a picture with her wearing it to show you guys.

Hi guys, just did a check on Ling, very abstract stuff...sometimes may look interesting on 1st glance, but after awhile perhaps it gets boring.

That's my opinion though hahah... well, classic style ring setting will always stays classic, and that's pretty much what JP offers.

I got to know from David from JP that if we'd be using side diamonds, they would actually be matching every melees colour well, and they also uses H&A melees/ Solasfera melees for the entire ring to achieve that "Bling" and "Wow" factor, so even though from far, the ring would still look good.

No comment on standard classic design by both. But my experience on ring customisation with both of them is somehow opposite as yours. My preference is on Ling's meticulous in designing process as well as her years of experience in this industry. My personal preference.

I hope to agree with you BUT, oh please, even if you had read everything single post in this thread doesn't mean you can make such comment. LOL. Any proof? Did you went to every single shop in whole Singapore to do the comparison?

i don't think there is any jeweller in Singapore that can match jannpaul and provide the same service

Want shiny, then ur main focus will be cut then. Decent colour n clarity will do.

Budget is one thing, the other impt thing is to find a worthy diamond within your budget. You can don't max out your budget, but you must maxmize your money. I believed JP is one of them when come to buying diamond.

It's very subjective here. Yes, JP may have the brightest diamonds around at a higher price but is it really worth it?

I got myself a diamond with GIA excellent cut; when I checked with JP, they offered a super Ideal for close to $2k more. So it's like 5-10% more brightness for $2k more, worth it?

And via the naked eye (ignoring the scopes), are we (or our girlfriends) truly able to see and appreciate the differences?

Let's not forget the meaning behind the ring is the most impt.

What is the different from both of them? is AGS 3x Ideal def better than GIA 3x Ex?

Is there really Super Ideal from JP?
