Did anyone see the post made by Jannpaul earlier? They addressed feitonglong diamond ring and the scope pictures. I refreshed the page 10 mins later and Jannpaul's post and feitonglong post were both gone. Something strange is going on.

Lets leave all that drama aside. I would like to share my experience with JannPaul with everyone here.

I consider myself a penny pincher, I really want good value for money. When I first started researching on diamonds for my proposal 4 months ago, I came across this thread and saw the reviews on JannPaul. I was willing to give it a shot because I didnt want to pay for a brand, as much as I was willing to pay for a good diamond. Those Big diamond names were not of any interest to me, and I am glad neither they are to my girlfriend. She simply jumps at the sight of some sparkling diamonds in front of her. She would have been fine with the chain stores I think but I was not, I wanted the best bang for the buck.

The quality of diamonds I don't need to say where JP is concerned. They really have very very good diamonds. I went to MANY stores and some even normal diamonds were overpriced. All the marketing gimmicks about giving huge discounts etc, are all just plain bull in my opinion. But let's put quality aside, there might be others who have as good quality that I may not be aware of. But obviously JP has damn good diamonds.

But where JP really stands out is their service delivery. It is impeccable. For someone like me who is really interested to know about diamonds before buying, JP explained it all. Every detail. I used the knowledge I gained and went to other stores and the sales peeps didnt even know as much as me, and all I didnt was a few weeks of research + JPs education.
It was quite embarrassing to be honest. Most of the sales guys knew nuts abt what they were selling when you really go into the technicalities.

I was served by Sam and Jerome. I was almost like harassing them over emails/msges for months. I went down to JP a couple of times as well. But they were so professional throughout, it really left a damn good impression. And not like I was buying a 1 carat diamond etc. Yet their service level throughout the months till I got the ring was really superb. I am not exaggerating. I really feel this way. There is a tendency to 'serve less' as correspondence between the service staff and the customer increases because the former might feel that the sales is going nowhere. It's understandable, human nature. But I never experienced that at JP. Their service is IMPECCABLE.

I really recommend those interested in diamonds to go down and have a look and make your own decision. Get Sam and Jerome or in fact any others to help you out.

I spent more than I would have liked to. But I really know what I got.

I'll never ever buy from Vivo Diamonds. Its as simple as that. in fact, I'll inform any friends who are thinking about buying from them of the incident. Such behaviour is despicable and there is absolutely no excuse.
