Can someone help me to upload the scopes as well?

I am comparing between these 2 super ideal diamonds from jannpaul. Is there a better one between them or are they equally good?

Thanks for your help!

Diamond A is 1.01 F VS2.

Diamond B is 0.90 F VS2.

Do you think there is a slight cleft at the hearts at 11, 12 and 1 o'clock positions for diamond B?

Went to JP and I'm sold on their super ideal cuts. Really can tell the difference in shine using the naked eye. Is 5.3k (incl setting) 0.6ct, f, vs1 worth?

You guys already go for JannPaul's Super Ideal and their signature cuts liao. Why still need to post the scope images and ask "How is this diamond?" and "How does this look?", knowing fully well that you are getting one of the best diamonds available? What do you guys expect us to tell you? "Exquisite piece!" or "This looks magnificently brilliant!" is it? I believe our replies will be the same as what you were told by your JannPaul salesperson.

Come on man! JannPaul don't categorise a diamond as their SUPER IDEAL, SOLASFERA, OCTAGON or CUSHION BRELLIA just for the heck of it. They did all the donkey work for you liao. All you need to do is choose a size based on your budget, and that's all about it. There is no need to show us the scope images and ask us how it is cuz IT WILL FREAKIN' LOOK NICE!

However, things are different if you ask us to tell you if you are being overcharged for a particular diamond (the normal 3Ex kind) or if a diamond is worth its price tag. For example:
"Bros, I am getting a 10.10 D FL 3Ex rock at ABC Diamonds for $101,010.10. Its GIA number is 101010101. Scope images attached. Worth it ahh?"
Like this then we can provide you with advice and suggestions on its light performance, price-worthiness and so on based on our experience.

Thank you for reading.

Is there any difference between a GIA certified diamond vs a AGS certified one?
I was quoted by JP:
1) 0.804c F VVS2 $10300
2) 0.805c G VS2 $10100

Which one would be a better pick?

I'll go for F. Quite surprised the price is only 200$ more for better Color and clarity

The price depends also on the amount of gold needed, not just whether the setting is simple or not.

2 settings of same design, one thicker and the other one thinner, of course will have a bit of price difference mah

Anyone chose halo settings previously? How much does it cost given that is has so many small diamonds. :s22:

I would go for one but I felt the prices given are expensive for those two stones.

Option 1 for me. I prefer the AGS cert. It's bigger, got more info and looks nicer. Lol
I assume both are Super Ideal cuts anyway so it won't make a diff.

Thanks all for the input, it's a solasfera cut so I Guess that it would be more pricey?
I'm leaning more towards the F as well since the difference is only $200...

0.8 solasfera F VVS2 for only 10k? Did the price went down recently? I remember it should cost like 1-2k more lol. Oh well, good for new buyers haha
