It's a 1.10 carat.

My gf wants a half eternity wedding band, so I figure might be safer to stick with a clean solitaire design for the engagement ring so it won't be too much bling if she wears both together!

yup G VS2. Diamond is 14300, setting haven't confirm the price but shouldn't be too expensive. I think all in will be <15k. Maybe abit more if opting for platinum.

Its classic and pretty! I went for the same design too (cathedral & 6 prong) but added a little carved out heart

Heh tks. Stone was 26.5 setting was 1.2 irrc

A little undecided over whether to go ahead with this design, or go in the other direction with a more blingy, but still very classic design which JP posted recently on their FB page. Would choose white gold/platinum instead of rose gold though.

Need ASET scope to check light return. Where u get the diamond from?
Not many places in Singapore actually sells genuine super ideal

Looks good, there may be a bit of a cleft in the hearts but could just be due to the angle the photo was taken at. 6 years ago Paul probably didn't have the camera setup that JP has now

It's ideal and not super ideal based on today's standard, Or maybe the 'criteria' for super ideal wasn't as strict 6 years ago.

Nevertheless, it's a very good diamond!
