I was under the impression each salesperson take the photos themselves for each client hahaha. But guess they take scope images for us also abit sian

Collected my ring at JannPaul yesterday after waiting for the longest 7 weeks of my life haha! I was so damn excited, could not even sleep well the night before hahaha.

Everything about the ring was very brilliantly done, from the prongs right down to the base of the ring. Their workmanship is exquisite! I have these delicate filigrees on the ring, and I did not expect them to be crafted to such minute details! The twists and turns on the filigrees look very fluid, even better on the physical ring itself than on the 3D renders. Jann the boss and I spent quite some time on the design of the filigree and how to make it complement the heart shape main diamond. It was all worth it as the outcome did not disappoint!

Besides that, I have an inner band with milgrains on it. Those little dots were so finely done, they make the ring look as classy as it gets. As for the outer band, it is a single twist outer band with melee diamonds. I looked at them through the H&A scope, and even those small melee diamonds have the 8 arrows on them! Pheww... Talk about perfection!

For you guys who are still considering whether to let JannPaul customise your engagement ring, well, consider no more folks! You will not regret!

i text the other day to check if everything in order as requested 10th july to collect. However was advise ring was ready and ready to collect anytime.

Yea bro. If your ring is ready then you can go and collect any time. But better to make an appointment with the salesperson who served you lahh so that he can personally close your case.

They have two types of ring box. One is smooth surface and another is matte. See which one you prefer lohh. If you have sweaty palms, I guess the matte one would be better haha. If you are not sure which one you like, they can give you both haha.

Collected my wedding bands from JP couple weeks ago. I'm just as pleased with the wedding bands as with the engagement ring

Got a pair of simple rose gold bands, my fiancee's is a half eternity with a V shape to stack with her engagement ring

Went with rose gold for a contrast since her engagement ring is white gold

Nice! Your diamond is hugee. I did my bands with them in rosegold too. I realise for rosegold wedding bands, it makes the small diamonds standout more compared to whitegold.

I accidentally dropped my ring box on the floor last night when I was taking the ring out for viewing. Had the shock of my life when I found out that one of the corners was heavily dented due to the drop. Contacted my sales assistant this morning and asked if they can give me a new one. He agreed without any further questions and we arranged for a suitable time for me to drop by.

This seriously saved me a lot of hassle and headache man cuz my proposal is next week. Otherwise I would have to source for a ring box myself.
