Triple Excellent

With a handcrafted plain 18K rose gold band and 18K white gold claws. They mentioned its Super Ideal Cut too.

Everything in at $4000

have yoou tried the HCI score ratings ?

Anyway 4k is value for money if all specs are highest grades ...

for me the surprise when you drag her with you bring her to such a shop ...

For me there isnt much surprise on the ring design as i think it's better for her to pick something she like, what i did was to make her chose/custom the ring design 2 years before proposal (So she won't really know the timing), lied to her saying my budget was only for 0.4 carat (But the surprise was over 1 carat).

There's many ways to make surprises....but i think it's best to push expectation lower so when the actual proposal hits, she will be surprised haha.

Its not a Super Ideal cut bro. The arrows are crooked and there are light leakages. I've seen Ideal cuts that are better.

Yea bro. If your ring is ready then you can go and collect any time. But better to make an appointment with the salesperson who served you lahh so that he can personally close your case.

They have two types of ring box. One is smooth surface and another is matte. See which one you prefer lohh. If you have sweaty palms, I guess the matte one would be better haha. If you are not sure which one you like, they can give you both haha.

HCA doesnt mean super ideal.

Where is the diamond from? Need to see the ASET images...can't see from your album.

This is quite bad...I reckon even JP's Ideal can have better quality than this. This is no where near Super Ideal. Make a trip down to JP to compare prices bah.

A lot of misalignments. Most obvious ones at 12 oclock, 6 oclock and err ... 11 oclock.

Uploaded. Almost all of the arrows are misaligned, but I circled the more obvious ones for you. There are also light leakages where the green area is at which is in the yellow circle.

Are you sure the seller said this is a Super Ideal cut? It wouldnt meet the Ideal cut standard, not much less the Super Ideal. This is a classic example of why you cant just rely on the HCA score.

I also managed to view your ideal scope image from your photobucket. Sorry it's a big no-no, with the white leakages all around, especially at the 3 oclock and 9oclock arrow.

Lucky you manage to get such scope images to be advised against buying it ...
