Guys any estimates price for wedding band at jp
I brought proposal ring form them At jp last Dec.

Not sure if they have good design to buy.

What to take note for wedding band.
Thanks.

Goes by material and how thick/more metal required to craft. If you purchased proposal ring from JP too, it’s possible to get a simple pair of wedding band below 1.5k total.

Both is about 2kish. See what kind of design you choose. They got wedding band education session too just like the diamond.. free customization, etc..
Many designs too.. in fact it got too many designs that made it hard to choose. lol

yup.. that was roughly the price quoted to me too..

indeed many many design, in summary, if you got something in mind and by a long shot, they do not have the design, they should be able to customized it for you..

so far, i only know should ask if it is plated or hollow...which you should reject outright unless you are on a tight budget.. jp bands are full metal, the last time i check...

anyway they have wedding bands specialist there and very accommodating, my fiance and myself spent over 3 hrs there choosing.. when we originally only went to get her engagement ring resized which takes about a few minutes nia..

Do tell them that you've purchased proposal ring from them, i believe return customer rates will be lower than new customers. Especially if you've bought the engagement ring from them.

wow, that ex..
online like cheaper by 50% right (the same spec without setting)? correct me if i am wrong.

depends on Cut, i don't think u can find a super ideal cheaper than JP if u compare quality vs quality and taking in all cost considered (GST, free repolishing, free resizing etc)

so the 4c which is the most impt?

I’ll say cut.

But personal opinion, I’ll only get Super ideal if I can afford 0.6+, if not, I’ll get ideal and push for 0.6+. Minimum ideal and 0.6 for me. Singapore average engagement diamond size is between 0.5-0.75

Actually JP’s 0.3 already looks like a decent size to me. Maybe their cut is good. Diamond looks big. Lol. With a 0.4, it looks huge. Hence, I settled for a 0.43.

You’re the ring bearer? That’s great then if you’re satisfied with the size and happy haha. If you’re a man then have to check with partner, everyone have different perspective on size haha, also depends on their work/social environment

Hi guys,

I have been reading through the postings here and the old threads and have also gone down to JP as well. I'm still wondering if I should get the diamond from JP or online, so need your help to help me see if the online quality is good.

For JP, the max i can get is around 0.34-0.35. For online, I can max it up to around 0.43-0.44. I have read some of the reviews and it seems that some people recommended Whiteflash. I have also check on another 2 which is the Brian Gavin and the High Performance Diamonds / Crafted by Infinity.

Attached the links to the diamonds below. All diamonds are from their top series. I have included the max carat and a similar carat to JP as comparison. Appreciate if you all can advise me if the quality is good or even as good as JP. Just replace the dots with . to get the website. Thanks.

Oh, I am the guy not the ring bearer. In fact, after sharing with my gf on an upgrade that I did yesterday from a 0.34 to 0.43, my gf say she doesn’t want me to spend extra $850 for the 0.43. Headache now. Might have to bring her down and let her decide for herself.

Just a quick question,
Comparing Round vs Cushion/Octagon, if the specs and cut is roughly the same,
Which will be cheaper?
Thanks.
