cant imagine the exchange between u all . scammer still dare to kan ppl, really 理直气壮

how does this COD package scam work?

example, its a watch, free size. that person clicked on a link to register his interest, and next thing is the package delivered to him. he pays for it, but turns out the watch is not as expected?
or is it the package is forced onto someone who did not order in the first place and the item in the package is just some low priced item?

Probably need few hundred scammers working in a call center to call few thousands before able to get 1 victim to fall for the scams. Delivery scams just need 1 person

I immediately block the number.

As most ninja drop the parcel and run, so this ninja part of the scam syndicate to collect COD?, must call police and let them check immediately, may be not even a ninja.
