prefer armstrong's method..
do 1 pull-up, rest 10s, do 2, rest 20s, do 3, rest 30s..............until u cannot increase the number anymore...then pyramid down...
my one short and painful..
under 3 mins can pang kang..

Another 3 rounds and you would have completed a tabata protocol.
as of now... i dont think its possible to finish it.. hahaha
