i would say if you can do weighted pull ups FOR REPS of half your bodyweight you are more or less ready for OAP and MU.

MU is about explosiveness

Try this:
1. Jump up and do a slow negative pull up
2. As you descend arc from your lower back.

I find that helps to align my neck and spin in a more natural position. Also allows for a greater ROM. i.e. easier to bring your chest to bar.

tried out max deadhangs..only 14, +2 ugly.

anyway think i'm going to train something more related to muscle up progression.

so it means more bar to chest pull ups.
