Hi

Yesterday i bought the i5 6500 processor at $315 after item discount coupon now it is selling at $299, able to claim from qoo10 for price difference? thanks

Actually, that discounted i5-6500 should be initiated by qoo10 itself. Its under deal price which cant use coupons at all.

So if u had use the $100 coupon for the cpu with other items, u are getting a better deal as u saved more than the deal price.

Expected de la... They dun have customer service like amazon.

Besides, they are tanking the discounts from coupons. Still want them tank price difference.... later they close down and we are left with sucky lazada nia.

Thank You

Nice thread, thank you fellow members for the hard work and selfless contribution to consolidate the "goodies" for us. :)

I will leave this thread alone and not merge with the main thread for easy reference. If merged, it will be a pain in the @ss looking for goodies information from multiple pages of replies.

Thanks! :)

Adding info on qpoint validity, by kokitty:

Gosh, everyone here seem to be going around in circles with the qoo10 points 6 months expiry thing. Think @denial86 reported previously that they had enquired and gotten feedback from the CSOs:

1) The points redemption is first in first out.
2) Technically points which you got before 16 Feb still has 2 years validity period
3) New points garnered after 16 Feb has only 6 months validity

In the general scope of things, if you have something like 20K points now and don't forsee yourself being able to finish up all the points within 6 months, you can just forget about partaking in those get points events etc since the new points you get now will most likely expire before you can utilise them.

In essence, qoo10 has cripped the points garnering ability of the avid qoo10 points hoaders who are saving to offset for big purchases.

Qpoints can only be used after you checkout. At most 1000 points which is $10.

You can use up to 30% of your total Qpoints to offset your purchase,

For instance; your item price is $100 and you have 21,888 Qpoints then you are able to use 2,100 Qpoint to offset.
