But recently very hard to earn Qpoints now. After Feb 11, I haven't been able to win sny Qpoints at the qoo10 roulette...

Yea, atm Qoo10 is more stingy in give out Qpoints after CNY.

the price depends on which coupons and how many qpoints you have. but generally less 30-40%. you can try it yourself. add the vouchers you want then use coupons and qpoints at checkout then see if its worth anot.

Sometimes you can even get 50% or even more if you got all the correct coupons and use the maximun Qpoints.

However, it's getting harder to collect the good coupons.
