Haha, no prob take your time

Oh ya, if you're gonna put brushless in it, I recommend you get these upgrade parts:

1) 3mm Tungsten-Carbide balls for ball differential (at least 20 balls)
2) 3Racing front and rear hard diff outdrives (one pair each end)
3) DF02 assembly universal shaft set (two pairs) part number 53791
4) DF03 Slipper clutch
5) 23tooth 0.5 module pinion gear

:D

Hmm...lipo requires a charger that can specially recharge it. Use something that's not meant for it and it has the risk of EXPLODING! Other than that, Lipo has a cutoff voltage that you need to watch out for and not go below that. The Mamba Max ESC takes care of that. Lipo also has higher current ratings, like 8000mAh or something, hehehe, long long runtime!

I ish recommend getting spare shock towers as well as the rear bulkhead plastic spare parts (Part A) in case they get damaged. -_-"

Overall build quality is, as expected of Tamiya, quite good. First impressions are that it looked like a capable buggy and I also liked the beefy looking driveshaft that links the front and rear gearboxes.

Chassis is a little cramped on the non-servo side, so make sure you have an ESC that's able to fit. Even if you put your ESC standing up, you've to ensure that your buggy cover is not being blocked by it.

Handling wise, its my first buggy so I can't compare it with other buggies yet, but it does well enough for me. Steering angles are a little limited, but can be increased with some filing and cutting done to the steering bits. CVD universal shafts are necessary if you want to increase the steering angles though.

As for weaknesses of the buggy, the rear ball diffs don't hold up very well to high powered motors. Other users of the DF03 agreed that for the rear ball diff to have a groove worn into the diff plates is a normal occurance, so I'm going to rebuild my older ball diff and use it first.

The shock towers and rear shock tower mount can also be prone to damage if subjected to high impact forces repeatedly, e.g. multiple high speed tumbles. I suppose that's normal if you're going at high speed and crash often. =P

The front diff still remains as smooth from the day it was put together. Overall I say this buggy is not bad for the money. Comes with full ball bearings, ball differentials and capable oil damped shocks.
