yep, a classic 2000GT. sharp eyes u've got. so mind if i can get a quick update of the scene these days? mini-z craze still in? whats the best bang per bucks tourer these days, remember it was the TA03 or associated TC3 last time. hw abt the best and most popular transmitter out there these days.

Hehehe.. recognised it cus I'm thinking of getting the 1:18 model Not so sure about mini-z though. Currently Tamiya's best cars are these:

Belt-driven: TA05
Shaft-driven: TB02/TRF equivalent
Drift ready kit: TT01D(rift)

Transmitter wise, probably either Futaba's top of the line or the Spektrum

By the way, thought of getting this.. the more I see, the more I like it..

i think they carry a mini-z version of this iirc, yeah its a great car. sealed japan's place as a automaker when it was used in the james bond flick back in the late 60s.

alright, shall take a look at ta05. so any particular transmitters to recommend? any place in particular to get the kit?

the tamiya web metallic blue got so many contrast ,dont know want to choose which coding,probably using gunmetal or something for the hood lol

and about the TA05,from sgdrifter they say belt system causes static electricities

haha anyway the belt looks to me like easy to break with high torque motor

its pretty cheap to get started these days really. you dun need kickass items to have fun, can drift, can rally, not playing liao can put at home bai sui also notch bad mah.

sell it to u at 15 bucks bah if u wan together with the stock controller but the antena is not orginal my orginal also spoil so i found a compatible 1... i got 2 stock controller no nid too many if u wan send mi a pm we can deal at raffles mrt or my home at redhill mrt..
