Changing of bedsheets alrdy made me 怀疑人生liao… I vacuum and mop.. then dust.. then found more dust.. then check corners.. wahhh even more dust. Went bathroom.. wahhh shower screen like mouldy.. went kitchen wahhh the stove and sink jin scary
End up.. pcw sua.. then suddenly washing machine alarm came.. laundry ready.. then saw my dirty carpets.. aiyah.. wo de tian.

wah omg had injury and still exercising. 👍
i am not sure if i will still be exercising at your age. needs a lot of discipline and determination.

Actually I am not aiming for PB but just to keep fit and I run cautiously so to make sure I don't injure myself again.

Just wasted that day sprained my ankle while rushing to cross the traffic 😞

How’s everyone Monday so far?? Today weather is good for scooting to work. Just a little bit warmer than usual then suddenly got car honk honk me from behind and it was my colleague and end up I hopped on her car and she took me to work. Yay!! Lol I saved half a trip

Walking or Hiking 👍🏻

Then as you progress, jogging slowly but carefully.

And when your stamina increases, start increasing your distance.

Exercising on treadmill and other gym equipment on cardiovascular if you have access to them will be safer.
