had a razer mouse a few years ago, didnt even play a single game with it and left click spoilt within 6months. i swore off razer products ever since, also forums everywhere wont lie about razer qc.

however, go test out all keyboards better. keycaps size and key spacing makes a diff esp in typing, maybe gaming too? just sold my k70 non rgb for a cm quickfire tkl, honestly don feel any difference in built quality except the key size, spacing and buttons texture.

lol. i agree, razer just sux for a lot of thing but they do have some gd product. at least their mouse pad goliathus is not bad

Mainly because of the sale, the blackwidow chroma will then be ~$130
Which works out to be 50% cheaper than corsair K70 rbg (250ish i believe)

A mixture of positive and negative review, the need of constant RMA-ing is definitely a big turn-off.

Most likely will try to buy during the sale, which I bet it will be OOS within minutes

Really headache dunno what to get, and very scared if buy Razer keyboard will spoil so fast.
Looking at Corsair anyone know what's the difference between corsair vengeance k70 rgb vs corsair gaming k70 rgb??
other than the fugly tramp stamp?
If look at Corsair dunno where to buy, the last time I check was so difficult and troublesome (heavy markup by retailers and lack of proper follow up from distro), so I gave up and went full amazon because Im working, no time to chase like a monkey. Any idea down here availability and support improves currently?
U can try Tecdrome at SLS. Price for Corsair seems reasonable.

Tecdrome sells local stuffs...

Anyway why go for rAzer when you have so many options out there which can last longer and way much better than crap synapse and just plug and play?

Got logitech, Coolermaster, ducky shine, steelseries, filco, roccat mouse, RAT, and so many other brands. Now upcoming DAS keyboard.

Previously, owned a DA BE and BWS.

Double click issue arose within 6 months of usage. Still have 1.5 years of warranty left. Couldn't be bothered with RMA. Threw it into rubbish chute!
Used BWS for 6 months; very bad feel. Finally, landed in rubbish chute too!!
During then, Synapse was pretty unpolished as well.

Now, using Filco KB. No regrets; worth every penny. Likewise, using Logitech G520. Value for $$$, with 3 years local warranty. :D

Corsair also has its fair share of lighting (dead LEDs) issues too. So much for their "premium" cherry keys. Go Google about it.

They fixed their leds dead issue with the new rgb series.

Dont get the old series with no rgb, they changed the way they mount the leds on the rgb series, so far so good.

It's important to look for a product that has useful features, durability, performance, aesthetics, and with good RMA support.

It seems meaningless arguing for a product over if design/production team member(s) contains any local people. It also seems even more illogical supporting a local product with say, terrible aftersales support, which is aplenty here.

Back to topic on RGB Mechanical Keyboards.

It's either Corsair K70 RGB or Razer Blackwidow Chroma.
