yep price is fine. its the combo (dual tuner) one currently listed on powercolor's webbie right? http://www.powercolor.com/Global/products_mult_theater_650COMBO.asp
cos there was a single tuner 650 one before though I'm not sure if powercolor had it but some other companies did.
