Cashback for Shopee wallet top up is indeed very enticing since most credit cards exclude it.

Sadly I'm one of the few who still can't use the card since 1 June due to some bug where I can't even view my card in the app.

Still waiting for more than a month for them to fix. I'm upset yes, but not angry since it's part of beta testing to have bugs etc.

It's a good thing they delayed the official launch.
Just call them and report. My card image went missing and it took them roughly 3 to 4 days to resolve it last month

got 2 bugs
1. cant see the card from the app (acefire/me)
2. cant load the card from the app (me)
I can't even load the card. I think the card got screwed up somehow in their system.

I did try using my card credentials for online payments (I memorised the number) but all transactions rejected.

Same for using my physical premium card.

Just call them and report. My card image went missing and it took them roughly 3 to 4 days to resolve it last month
How did you manage to call them though? I tried calling before but all I hear is silence before getting disconnected after I select an option.

But I'm not sure if my issue is the same as yours. Mine is not the image of the card missing but rather the whole card can't be loaded in the app or used at all.

As of their latest update on 15 July my case is "currently on-hold as we are pending for some updates from our team."

anyone managed to redeem the mamba wireless mouse yet? Saw that in the store, no longer have that but only mamba elite.

Ok I just tried finding and test calling the hotline, announcement says they no longer have phone support. I always thought the phone support was the 'best' method to get things resolved throughout my entire Razer pay experience so that's one down the drain. So you got to email or chat with them via Razer visa card page.

It sounds like you've recently applied to upgrade the card to the premium card so that upgrade might be the issue causing this. I am eligible for the premium card but chose not to cos there's no tangible benefit beyond a illuminated card gimmick and hearing issues earlier with others having upgrade issues so I chose not to to save me the troubles since the card is working fine for now.

Thanks for sharing your experiences.

I was using the premium card just fine since April. I suspect some weird glitch happened on 1 June that messed up my card entirely in their system.

I chatted via live chat but they automatically made a ticket for me as they needed more time to investigate on 2nd June and so far all I know is they are still looking into it.

"You will receive redemption card number and security code in Card Rewards mini-app within 2 days when you complete your task."
No idea where that is.

No idea where that is.
After 2 days, just go back to the same page to redeem reward. It will now give you the code. It's some sort of chargeback abuse protection, I think. In case ppl abuse the system for gift card codes

Razer Card will not be available for use after August 31, 2021.

Where can I use my Razer Card?​

You can use your Razer Card until August 31, 2021 to:
  • Pay for online purchases using your Razer Pay balance, at any e-commerce merchant that accepts VISA.
  • Make in-store payments using your Razer Pay app, with your physical Razer Card.
  • Pay for transit rides, using your physical card or mobile payment (if available).
  • Pay for purchases overseas using your Razer Pay balance, with one of the most competitive exchange rates.

This card will sunset on August 31, 2021.

wow... exactly a year 30 sep sunset. anyway my card they screwed up again, again no card image can't even click in. 2nd time in 2 months alr.

Can't withdraw if amount below $1. Anyway to go about this? Top up and then withdraw?
