sigh razerpay really cmi , cant find the premium card terms...... only these

can if you get premium card by fulfilling 50 transactions, then can get $50 credits by fulfiling $2000 spend or vice versa

It looks like the beta is finally coming to an end in June. Not sure they gonna cut off and thanks us for participation or actually launch the card, with new reward program =o

I have physical normal razer card first during beta period. Under the new card rewards, transact 50 times of min $5 card purchase allow me to upgrade to premium Razer card which the one I had now. U can try to order the premium card if eligible.

Yeah i'm eligible for the upgrade, but i have not order the normal card b4. I cannot choose between normal (waste of plastic) and premier card.

App only let me choose normal card. Anyway, I cant wait further, ordered, received and activated the normal card today. Now waiting for the premier option to be available for ordering.

Not sure what u mean by eligible to upgrade when u can only choose normal card. Anyway most people get normal card first then use it to meet the criteria for spend/pay challenge to get premium card for free. I completed the challenges but dun bother to get the premium card.

Eligible to upgrade becoz fulfilled the spent/pay challenge. When ordering the premium card, the only option is Normal card, where is says "Choose Your card level", so I supposed can choose between normal and premium card.

Now to follow the normal way. Get normal first, then wait for premium card ordering to be shown

Edit, Yup this is the way. "Get Premium Card" appears the next day after I activated the Standard card.
Standard card annual fee is S$50
Premium card annual fee is S$200

Both card annual fee are 1st year waived, subsequent year need to spend 15k* annually, 30k* annually to get it auto waived.

20.6. In addition, if we are unable to charge any applicable fees on the Card (including, but not limited to, Account Service Fees for dormant or inactive accounts for a particular month) due to the fact that there are no balance of funds on the Cardholder’s Account for that particular month, then we reserve the right and shall be entitled to retrospectively charge those said applicable fees upon or once the Cardholder has topped the Card up and Account has sufficient balance of funds.

20.7. We shall be entitled to terminate any E-Wallet Accounts and sweep or forfeit any available balances for purposes of settling any outstanding due to Razer Pay, if your E-Wallet Account has been left dormant for a lengthy period of time.

They might have upgraded or changes the cashback mechanism. Haven't had any Razer charges recently so it's good to hear.

Ya the new cashback seems to be within 1-3 days of transaction, not bad. Actually I even get cashback for Shopee Wallet top up., that's pretty awesome. I just hope they come out with rewards again, otherwise there is no gamification experience for a gaming company's card lol

Cashback for Shopee wallet top up is indeed very enticing since most credit cards exclude it.

Sadly I'm one of the few who still can't use the card since 1 June due to some bug where I can't even view my card in the app.

Still waiting for more than a month for them to fix. I'm upset yes, but not angry since it's part of beta testing to have bugs etc.

It's a good thing they delayed the official launch.

How is this card now? I never used it because I heard too many cases of money deducted but transaction not going through etc. Are all the issue solved now?

maybe try close and open app again then tap on wallet, then tap on card
