If you use shopee frequently, can top up shopeepay. but not sure if it's still working as i finished clocking mine 2 months ago

Used to be working i think they stop allowing few weeks ago. Sad. But u can still use the google pay method. But sadly they removed the shopee pay top up method cause thats the main way i use to clock..

i just read that can only clock the numbers if your payment involves VISA transaction. that means coffee shop u scan the QR code and pay... no count.

Go NTUC or go 7-11 and try to clock there for your meals, pay with the physical card. I guess now that means ShopeePay also don't give 1% cashback anymore. Card's benefit diminishing over time =(

I thought I'll never have to deal with Razer CSO again until my card doesn't shows up on my app (after I freeze my card as a safety precaution, I've recently stopped a insurance policy and to ensure they don't over deduct 1 more month).

The CSOs that emails back always changes and it's like I have to explain myself all over again. I get that organisations uses round robin style to manage their SLAs (not a fan but I get how the industry works especially w low manpower) but It's the part that they either don't bother to read the case log or they don't have a case logging system that makes me frustrated. It's rare that a single Razer staff will follow thru all the way of an issue, it's only those that things gets solved in a more reasonable manner.

As long as you still use the card, expect to continue tangoing with their CS. Refunds are still a hot mess.

For those who gotten Premium Razer Card, do you all need to have a physical normal card first, b4 you can upgrade to Premium card?

I have not requested for normal physical card yet, have been using Razer pay online and contactless Google Pay.

I want to upgrade and redeem the physical Premium card. At the wallet page, I cannot choose between normal and premium card. (am already eligible for Premium update > 10 working days)

Tbh what extra benefits does the premium card gives? Only the card lights up.

I've not upgraded it since it was given to me like few months alr and it's like 1 year later they charge the premium card fee downgrade back waste my time and effort to change.

Hmm I dont see any premium card fee being mentioned anywhere in the TnC anymore. So I tot they remove the premium card fee, is it still around?

It is either premium card (if not yet have it) or $50 credit.

There's no $50 if you alr achieved it. Either card or $50 if you have hit the requirement in other categories previously. Not both. In tnc:

The Premium Razer Card (or S$ 50 Razer Pay Credits if already achieved)

Unless there's a very good reason, I shall not upgrade cos there's so much trouble previously when the upgrade was rolled out and so many cannot activate immediately. Razer still got loads to improve still

Based on the table above, it appears that Razer cardmembers will have the option to pay a $50 annual fee for the Premium card, or else earn it by making at least 50 qualified transactions, spending at least $2,000, or referring 30 user
