The physical card is not officially launched, so it depends. No one actually knows if they open up more slots for card beta testings. Mine took 3-4 weeks for the physical card to arrive. The card production & shipment was from Razer Malaysia.

CAUTION: I have been double-charged for about 30 transactions for a total of over $1,000 since 15 Nov. I've reached out to Razer and will write a new post on the outcome. I would strongly discourage everyone from using Razer Card till there is a resolution.

I have multiple double charges too.....avoiding this card now

Anyone tried the use the $1 coupon for paying at hawker centres?
When you try to pay $5 with the coupon, the screen shows big big that you paid $4, because it shows the actual amount paid. Problem is, because the screen shows $4, the hawker uncle thought i am trying to shortchange him. End up have to pay him additional $1 in cash haha.
Razer, if you are reading this, take a leaf from favepay's playbook: show the payment amount BEFORE discounts, not after discounts.

i use at those hawker centre got the reader print out the receipt for merchant side to verify you paid anot did not face such problem. Yup they should had display the amount before discount

see people getting double charge also dangerous to use

I believe most of the double charges stem from online transactions.
A common "characteristic" of debit cards where they withhold the sum even if OTP authentication fails. Most are immediately released, some just pend/stuck for a longer period.

Really? I heard of one person has double charges since 15 Nov and has not received any refund.

Yup double charged since 27 Nov a few transactions cos my data either hung/switched from WiFi to mobile data or the system timeout but the OTP verified.
Very frustrating to get back money one. Waiting and waiting game even tho I gave them all sorts of screenshots.

How long have you waited? They still have not refunded you?
Perhaps you should ask, who manage to get the refund?

Today is day 7. Still no sign of the money i lost, even though they dismissed my email previously, by claiming it's normal and i will get back my money in 7 days.
Tomorrow first thing in the morning will whack them hard if still don't have.

I encounter same issue with grab too. Seems all non bank card issuers have same issues.
