anyone knows whether it's possible to get 10 mbps + mio voice at $23.45 per month?

Will the retention department allow this or only normal home line?

Just call retention department , basically they are offering the same as what the singtel web stated.

10mps at $23 , no free home telephone line

Even upgrade to fibre
Still the same $49.90 150mps + home line

CSO from retention department, said that is the best from singtel

I am currently on the $23/mth 10Mbps but have an option to re-contract to a 6Mbps+ 1GB Mobile BroadBand @ $29.90

Anybody here moved from 6Mbps to 10Mbpsplans with Singnet?
Will it be a massive downgrade?

I use my internet mainly for surfing, streaming video and downloading. I tend to leave my larger downloads while I'm sleeping and I don't do online gaming.

6mb fbb+1gbmbb deal is not worth. 6mb likely have bottlenecks on your usage style. 1gb mbb, more of a liability paying for additional gb, when you start streaming some YouTube/video on the go. (30mb/day not enough)

there is no direct number to customer retention, well, at least not made known to the public. just call the normal 1688 and ask to be transferred to customer retention cos your contract is up for renewal. :s22::s22::s22:
